Hi, I’m Skyote Moon, Founder & Chief Visibility Officer at Synthesis Agency.

My journey with electronic music began in a Detroit basement in 1995. The moment I descended into that dark, pulsing room and felt the bass thumping through my entire body, I knew I had found home.

Until that night, I was a classically trained musician — piano, saxophone, clarinet, and eventually oboe. I went to college for oboe performance, but my first rave changed everything. Within weeks, I was behind the decks, and by graduation, I had shifted my focus entirely. I moved back to LA to study Music Technology at CalArts, one of the only programs at the time exploring electro-acoustic composition with many of the early pioneers of electronic music.

Back in my hometown, I became immersed in the rapidly growing LA electronic scene — from early EDCs at the Coliseum to desert gatherings with my Moontribe family. For nearly three decades, this culture has been my compass — a lifelong love affair with the music, community, and transformative magic of the dance floor.

That’s the heartbeat behind Synthesis.

The agency was born from a simple truth: music is only as powerful as the connection it creates.

Synthesis exists to help artists bridge the gap between their artistry and the fans that love them — to be seen, heard, and understood in a way that’s fully authentic. 

From empty warehouses and sunrise sets to festival main stages and international tours — every artist starts somewhere.
